This is return and refund policy (the “Policy”) of Sublime Pixels and may also be referred to as “We” “Our” or “Us” in this Policy and customer, clients, purchaser or users may also be referred to as “You” or “Your” in this Policy. This Policy forms a part of terms and condition and must be read in connection with such terms. We have the right to amend this policy at any time and without advance notification to our users, customers, or purchasers. Most major credit cards, including Klarna Installment payment Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover, are accepted for payment.
Our Return & Refund Policy:
When a person buys our products or puts a custom order with us, they are basically putting their trust in our services, and we are committed to delivering our customers with high-quality services or products with their purchases. When a buyer or purchaser puts a customized or made to order with us to purchase any item or goods from us, we will surely furnish or deliver such Item or product on a demand basis. Any personalized goods or items purchased are non-refundable, non-cancelable, non-returnable, and non-transferable. We make every effort to offer our services in accordance with our buyers’ expectations, and we dedicate our knowledge to making such items for the client.
In rare situations, we may provide you the opportunity to return the product or get a refund for the purchased items by contacting us directly. If We or any of our customer care representative team verifies your return or refund request, your payment will be reimbursed via the original payment method within our refund cycle days after a 30% restocking charge is deducted. Such return or refund may be requested within 48 hours after receiving the product, and if we receive
your return/refund request after 48 hours, we are not obligated to fulfill your request for return or refund. In the case of a refund, we will either return your product or refund your payment after deducting our service fees and any applicable taxes. In the event that a product is returned, it must be in new condition and in its original packing, with no damage.
Other Factors to Consider:
We can provide a refund to our purchasers, clients, or buyers in certain circumstances, which
may include:
a. If you made a payment to us as a result of a technical failure or other technical error; and
b. If we issue a refund in accordance with our refund policy, which we reserve the right to change at any time.
Return or Refund Cycle:
If our staff confirmed your return or refund, it will be handled between 5-7 business days, excluding holidays, from the date of confirmation.
