This is return and shipping policy (the “Policy”) of Sublime Pixels and may also be referred to as “We” “Our” or “Us” in this Policy and customer, clients, purchaser or users may also be referred to as “You” or “Your” in this Policy. This Policy forms a part of terms and condition and must be read in connection with such terms. We have the right to amend this policy at any time and without advance notification to our users, customers, or purchasers. As a result, we strongly advise you to read, understand, and check these policies before accessing our services or purchasing any item/product from us.
YOU HEREBY DECLARE THAT YOU HAVE READ ALL OF THE TERMS OF THIS RETURN & SHIPPING POLICY AND AGREE WITH THEM IN FULL.
In rare situations, we may provide you the opportunity to return the product by contacting us directly. If “We” or any of our customer care representative team verifies your return request, your payment will be reimbursed via the original payment method within our refund cycle days after a 30% restocking charge is deducted. Such return may be requested within 48 hours after receiving the product, and if we receive your return request after 48 hours, we are not obligated to fulfill your request for return or refund.
Delivery and Shipping:
All mentioned delivery times are estimates and are subject to change. Please keep in mind that local import tariffs and charges may apply for overseas delivery. While your purchase is being processed and delivered, we recommend that you do not schedule any events until you have received confirmation that your booth has arrived. We will not be held liable for any missed events.
To ensure that your order reaches securely, we employ local freight companies for 360 shipments and platforms. For freight shipment, delivery time frames might range from 5-7 business days after the merchandise has been dispatched. For other goods, the economy delivery time frames are 3-5 business days through USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
